章桂忠，副研究员，博导。2015年获得山东大学免疫学博士学位，同年加入中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院从事博士后研究工作。主要从事肿瘤信号转导、肿瘤免疫等方面研究，以第一作者/通讯(含共一/共通讯)身份在Cancer Research、Journal of Hematology & Oncology、J Exp Clin Cancer Res、Cell Death & Disease等期刊上发表论文10余篇，入选ESI高被引论文2篇，截至2024年H指数14；申请发明专利35项，授权8项，其中4项以入股方式实现转化。主持国家自然科学基金（面上和青年）、中国博士后基金、广东省自然科学基金（面上和青年提升）、深圳市基础研究、深圳市医科院专项资金等项目。

1.主持国自然基金、广东省自然科学基金和深圳市基础研究、深圳市医科院专项资金等多个项目；2. 发现CD317通过脂筏依赖的方式调控EGFR信号的作用机制；3.发现CD317通过自噬性降解途径调控肿瘤细胞钙平衡和蛋白稳态；3.发现CD317调控细胞骨架介导肿瘤免疫逃逸的新机制；4.提出Pyroptosis-DAMPs轴是介导CAR-T细胞毒副作用的关键通路，并利用临床样品分析鉴定出HMGB1这一潜在的干预靶标；5.对过继免疫细胞疗法的发展情况进行系统梳理，提出免疫细胞组疗法的概念。
