本人长期从事脑血管疾病的基础与转化研究工作,聚焦于缺血性脑卒中引起血脑屏障功能受损的分子调控机制和新药开发,旨在为脑卒中的治疗提供新思路、干预靶点和治疗药物。

近五年来,在脑卒中后血脑屏障损伤的调控机制和药物干预等方面取得了多个有较大科学价值和转化前景的成果:论文以第一作者、通讯作者(含共同)发表在Cell Reports、British Journal of Pharmacology、European Journal of Pharmacology、Biomedicine & Pharmacotherapy、Frontiers in Immunology、RSC Advances等领域权威期刊上;已申请13项具有重要产业化前景的药物发明专利,包括1项美国发明专利、1项欧洲发明专利,其中2项中国发明专利已获得授权;针对缺血性脑卒中的新药发现等相关工作先后主持国自然科学基金青年项目、广东省自然科学基金面上项目、深圳市基础研究面上项目、中科院深圳先进技术研究院优秀青年创新基金,以及企业合作产业界资助项目(3项)。
