代表性成果包括:在抗肿瘤药物领域,揭示了磷基纳米材料的递送-靶向一体化抗肿瘤机制,并提出肿瘤纳米磷疗理念,为抗肿瘤纳米药物研发提供了全新方向(Nature Nanotechnology,2021,末位通讯)。针对新冠病毒,开发了抑制病毒入侵的广谱抗新冠纳米药物。该药物不仅能够有效抑制病毒对宿主细胞的侵染,而且能够提供长期免疫保护(Nature Nanotechnology,2022,共同通讯)。基于生物大分子跨细胞递送理念,发明了全新细胞膜蛋白靶向降解技术。与现有技术相比,新技术将药物降解剂量降低了约100倍,大大提高了用于药物研发的可行性(Nature Chemical Biology,2025,末位通讯)。
